Summary

This study looks at 40 adults with moderate-to-severe psoriasis who also have depression or anxiety. Half will get methotrexate alone, the other half methotrexate plus an antidepressant (escitalopram). Over 6 months, researchers will track skin improvement and mental health changes to see if the combination works better.
