Double trouble: new combo tackles psoriasis and weight together

Summary
This study is testing if adding the weight-loss medication tirzepatide to an existing psoriasis treatment (ixekizumab) works better for people who have both conditions. It will involve about 200 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are also overweight or have obesity. The main goal is to see if this combination improves their skin, helps them lose weight, and boosts their overall quality of life over 12 months.
