New scan could give clearer picture of prostate cancer

NCT ID NCT04030338

Summary

This study is testing whether a new type of imaging scan, called a PSMA PET scan, is more accurate than standard scans at showing how prostate cancer responds to treatment. Researchers will follow 58 men with progressive prostate cancer. The goal is to see if changes on these special scans can better predict how the disease will progress over time.
