New scan may spot prostate cancer spread more clearly

Summary
This study tests whether a special type of PET scan, called PSMA PET, can track prostate cancer more accurately than usual scans like CT or bone scans. About 58 men with progressive or newly diagnosed prostate cancer will get PSMA PET scans over time. The goal is to see if changes on these scans better predict when the cancer will worsen or spread.
