Summary
This study is testing whether psilocybin, the active compound in 'magic mushrooms,' combined with psychotherapy, can help reduce depression and anxiety in people with advanced cancer. It will involve 30 participants who are receiving ongoing cancer treatment. Researchers will measure the safety, feasibility, and effects of this approach on mental health and quality of life.
