Summary

This study tests whether a single high dose of psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) combined with specialized talk therapy can help people with advanced cancer feel less anxious and more at peace. Fifteen adults with stage IV cancer will receive the treatment and be followed for safety and emotional benefits. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for this group.
