Summary
This study tests whether a single high dose of psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) combined with talk therapy can help people with advanced cancer feel less anxious and more connected. Fifteen adults with stage IV cancer will receive the treatment and be followed for safety and emotional benefits. The goal is to ease psychological distress, not to cure the cancer.
