NCT ID NCT07336238

Summary

This study is testing whether a group therapy retreat using psilocybin, the active compound in 'magic mushrooms,' can safely help reduce anxiety and depression in adults with advanced cancer. Participants will take a single dose of psilocybin in a controlled setting, supported by group preparation and follow-up therapy sessions. The main goal is to check for safety and see if this approach improves patients' emotional well-being.
