Summary

This study tests whether a single dose of psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) can improve brain function and reduce opioid use in 36 adults already on medication for opioid use disorder. Participants receive either a high or low dose and are followed for one year. The goal is to see if psilocybin can help people stay on treatment and avoid relapse.
