Summary

This study combines psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to treat depression. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and helpful for 50 adults aged 21-60 with major depression. Participants will receive two doses of psilocybin and either 12 sessions of CBT or 6 sessions of standard support.
