Summary
This study tested a procedure called 'PRP Spinoplasty' for people with long-term lower back pain from disc disease, facet joint arthritis, and muscle spasms. 35 adults who had not improved with standard care received injections of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into multiple areas of the spine. Researchers measured pain levels and disability before and after treatment to see if the approach was safe and effective.
