Summary
This study tests a wand-like magnetic device (HiVE) to see if it can reduce chronic low back pain without medication. About 88 adults with back pain for at least 12 weeks will be randomly assigned to receive either real or fake magnetic stimulation, plus daily home exercises. The goal is to measure pain levels and daily function over 5 to 10 visits.

- What this could lead to
- If it works, this could offer a drug-free option to reduce chronic back pain and improve daily function.

- This is an early-stage trial with only 88 people, so results may not apply to everyone. The device may not reduce pain more than exercise alone.
