Summary

This study compares two minimally invasive spine surgeries (Mini-TLIF and MIDLIF) for people with chronic low back pain from disc disease. 100 adults who haven't improved with other treatments will be randomly assigned to one surgery and followed for a year. The goal is to see which surgery provides better pain relief, fewer complications, and lower costs.
