New combo therapy aims to ease chronic shoulder pain
NCT ID NCT07410208
Summary
This study tested whether a special physiotherapy program, started after a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection, works better than standard physiotherapy alone for shoulder impingement syndrome. It involved 54 adults with shoulder pain who had already received a PRP shot. Researchers measured pain, shoulder movement, strength, and ability to do daily tasks to see which approach provided more relief and better function.
