Summary
This study tests whether injecting a woman's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into her ovaries can improve egg production for IVF. It includes 142 women with poor ovarian response or early ovarian failure. The goal is to see if this simple, low-risk procedure increases the number of eggs retrieved and improves pregnancy chances.
