Summary

This study tests a new treatment for women with poor ovarian response, a condition where the ovaries don't produce enough eggs for IVF. Doctors will inject the patient's own cells (from fat or blood) into the ovaries to try to improve egg production and pregnancy rates. The study involves 198 women and aims to see if this approach is safe and effective.
