Summary
This study tests whether injections of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the vulva and vagina can improve symptoms of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) in breast cancer survivors. GSM causes dryness, burning, and pain, especially after cancer treatments. The trial enrolled 18 women and measures symptom changes using questionnaires and vaginal health scores.
