Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the vulva and vagina can improve symptoms of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) in breast cancer survivors. GSM causes dryness, burning, and pain, often worsened by cancer treatments. The study enrolls 18 women and measures symptom changes using questionnaires and a vaginal health index.
