Summary
This study compares proton beam therapy to standard photon radiation (IMRT) in 120 people with IDH-mutant grade II or III gliomas. The goal is to see which method better preserves memory and thinking skills after treatment. Both techniques aim to deliver radiation precisely to the tumor while minimizing harm to healthy brain tissue.
