This study tests a new way to give proton radiation to children with brain tumors that need radiation to the brain and spine. The goal is to spare the front part of the spine bones to keep more healthy bone marrow and help children grow better. About 20 children aged 3 to 18 will receive this special radiation, and researchers will check if it causes fewer side effects like low blood counts and growth problems.
