Summary
This study looks at how plant-based and whey (dairy) proteins affect muscle building in older adults, including those with muscle loss (sarcopenia). Researchers will measure how the body processes amino acids from each protein type. The goal is to learn which protein composition best supports muscle health, not to test a treatment. About 100 adults aged 50-95 will participate.
