First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a procedure called prostatic artery embolization (PAE) can safely reduce urinary symptoms in men with low-risk prostate cancer who are about to have radiation therapy. Seventeen participants will receive PAE before radiation and be followed for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if PAE improves quality of life by easing problems like frequent or difficult urination.
