NCT ID NCT04734730

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a new targeted drug called talazoparib to standard hormone-blocking treatments can better control advanced prostate cancer that has spread. It aims to see if this combination helps stop cancer growth for longer by preventing cancer cells from repairing their DNA. The trial will enroll about 70 men with this type of cancer to measure how well the treatment works and monitor side effects.
