Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (abiraterone, prednisone, and apalutamide) in 60 men whose prostate cancer has spread but who have not yet received hormone therapy. The goal is to see how long patients can stay on treatment and to measure cancer progression and side effects. Participants must have high-risk features like a high Gleason score or multiple bone lesions.
