New program aims to speed recovery for men after prostate cancer surgery
NCT ID NCT06072911
Summary
This study is testing a 12-week wellness program designed to help men recover after prostate removal surgery. The program combines online education, group exercise, and pelvic floor muscle training to improve bladder control, sexual function, and overall fitness. Researchers want to see if this combined approach, offered both in-person and online, is practical and helps men recover better and faster than standard care alone.
