Shorter radiation course tested for returning prostate cancer

Summary
This study compares two types of radiation therapy for men whose prostate cancer has returned or spread to a few spots after initial surgery. It tests if a shorter, more precise 5-treatment course (SBRT) works as well as a longer 20-treatment course, with potentially fewer side effects. The goal is to control the cancer while maintaining quality of life.
