Summary
This small pilot study tested a supportive care program combining wearable fitness trackers with coaching to help Black and Hispanic men with prostate cancer increase exercise and manage treatment side effects. The program aimed to improve quality of life for patients undergoing hormone therapy. Researchers tested whether this approach was practical and acceptable before planning larger studies.
