First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding a new drug (LY2157299) to the standard treatment enzalutamide can help men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to other treatments. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or enzalutamide alone. The goal is to see if the combination can delay cancer growth and improve survival.
