Balance training after ACL surgery shows promise for better recovery

Summary

This study looks at whether special balance exercises can help people who had anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) surgery. The goal is to improve balance, reduce fear of moving the knee, and help with daily activities. The study will include 50 adults between 20 and 40 years old who are in the second week of rehab after surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to do either standard rehab or standard rehab plus balance exercises.
