First seen Jun 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether the amount of propofol given during general anesthesia affects the brain's ability to form unconscious memories. Researchers will monitor 80 adults having surgery to see if different propofol levels change what people remember without being aware. The goal is to understand how to better prevent hidden memory formation during anesthesia.
