Summary

This study tested a Spanish-language website designed to help inactive Latina women increase their physical activity. 207 women were randomly assigned to either an exercise-focused program or a general wellness program. The goal was to see if the exercise website led to more minutes of moderate activity per week, which could lower their risk for chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease.
