First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at three ways to help inactive adults (taking fewer than 5,000 steps a day) become more active: supervised group exercise, a mobile app, or video workouts at home. Thirty people aged 18-35 will do aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises three times a week for eight weeks. The goal is to see which approach increases overall physical activity the most.
