Summary

This study looks at whether providing meal kits and nutrition education can improve food security, diet quality, mental health, and heart health in adults aged 40 and older with low income. About 120 participants will either receive meal kits and classes or just general nutrition materials. Researchers will measure changes in food access, stress, anxiety, blood pressure, and blood sugar over time.
