Summary

This study tested whether a collaborative care model, called Collabri, works better than usual treatment for people with anxiety. The model involves a team including a care manager, general practitioner, and psychiatrist, with regular monitoring and a structured plan. 406 adults with generalized anxiety, social phobia, or panic disorder took part. The goal was to see if this approach reduces anxiety symptoms more effectively.
