Summary

This study tests an experimental drug (RO7268489) added to standard treatment (ocrelizumab) in 360 adults with progressive multiple sclerosis. The goal is to see if it can delay worsening of disability, such as walking speed and hand function. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and after the blinded period, eligible participants may receive the drug openly.

PROGRESSIVE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS
