First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether the hormone progesterone changes how muscles build protein after resistance exercise. Researchers will measure muscle growth using biopsies and blood tests to see if progesterone alters the body's response to exercise.
