Summary

This study aims to see if taking a daily probiotic supplement for 8 weeks can help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety in healthy university students during exam periods. Researchers will compare the probiotic against a placebo (dummy pill) in 200 students. They will measure changes in stress, anxiety, sleep quality, and gut symptoms to see if the probiotic makes a difference.
