Summary
This study tests whether taking probiotics can help prevent severe diarrhea in women with HER2-positive breast cancer who are taking the drug Neratinib. About 308 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either probiotics or a placebo, along with standard diarrhea prevention medication. The goal is to see if probiotics reduce the severity and frequency of diarrhea during the 6-week treatment period.
