Summary
This study tests whether a daily food-grade probiotic supplement changes gut bacteria, blood markers, and thinking skills in 180 healthy adults. Participants take one capsule daily for 1 or 6 months, complete online cognitive tasks, and provide blood and stool samples at home. The goal is to see if the supplement is well tolerated and causes measurable biological changes, but it is not intended to treat or prevent any disease.
