Can a daily yogurt drink ease midlife skin woes?
NCT ID NCT07341087
Summary
This study is exploring whether a daily probiotic drink can help improve immune function and reduce skin inflammation for women going through perimenopause. Perimenopausal women with acne will drink either a probiotic or a skim milk control daily for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in immune markers, skin health, and overall wellbeing to see if this non-hormonal approach offers benefits.
