Summary
This study tested whether vaginal probiotic capsules can cure bacterial vaginosis (BV) better than a placebo. 402 women with BV took part. The main goal was to see if more women were cured 21-30 days after treatment with the probiotic compared to placebo. The trial was completed and results are being analyzed.
