Summary

This study tests a new treatment called FB301 in 120 women aged 18-45 with bacterial vaginosis (BV). Before FB301, some women will receive an antibiotic or a vaginal wash to see if that helps restore healthy bacteria. The goal is to improve the balance of good bacteria in the vagina over 10 weeks.
