First seen Jun 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026
Summary
This early-stage study tests the safety of a new drug called PRO-203 in 74 people. First, healthy volunteers receive a single injection to check for side effects. Then, people with systemic sclerosis (a chronic autoimmune disease causing skin and organ hardening) receive the drug to see how it behaves in the body. The main goal is to find out if PRO-203 is safe and tolerable.
