NCT ID NCT07293715

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a more relaxed blood sugar target (70-140 mg/dL) during labor is as safe as a strict target (70-110 mg/dL) for pregnant women with type 1 diabetes. About 44 women using automated insulin pumps will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups. The main goal is to see if the relaxed approach affects newborn blood sugar levels.
