Summary

This study tests a program called PRISM that teaches stress management skills to teens aged 10-19 living with HIV in Eswatini. The goal is to see if it reduces psychological distress and improves quality of life compared to standard care. About 140 teens will take part, and researchers will measure how well the program works and how much participants like it.
