Summary

This pilot study tested a 12-month lifestyle program (PRISEM) for 45 older adults with mild cognitive impairment. The program included group and individual activities focused on health education, nutrition, exercise, and stress management. The main goal was to see if the program was feasible and acceptable, and to measure changes in stress, blood vessel health, and thinking skills.
