Summary

This pilot study tests a 12-month lifestyle program (PRISEM) for 45 African American and White adults aged 50+ with mild cognitive impairment. The program includes group and individual activities focused on health education, nutrition, exercise, and stress management. Researchers want to see if the program is feasible and can improve stress levels, blood vessel health, and thinking skills.
