Summary
This study follows 500 adults with progressive pulmonary fibrosis (a type of lung scarring) for 24 months. Researchers will collect medical images, lung function tests, and blood samples to better classify the disease and predict its course. The goal is to improve how doctors identify and manage this condition, not to test a new drug.
