First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests a new 3D imaging device (SkinScan3D) to see if it can measure Kaposi Sarcoma skin lesions more accurately and consistently than the current manual method using rulers. Researchers will compare the two methods in 300 adults with confirmed Kaposi Sarcoma who are starting or continuing treatment. The goal is to find out if the device is practical and easy to use in everyday clinic settings.
