Summary

This early-phase study tested a new treatment called PRGN-3007 UltraCAR-T cells in 3 adults with advanced blood cancers (like leukemia and lymphoma) or triple-negative breast cancer. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the therapy can shrink tumors. The study is now complete, but results are not yet reported.
