Summary

This study looked at 29 people who needed both lower wisdom teeth removed. It compared two materials placed in the empty tooth socket to see which helped healing better: a natural blood product called PRF or a collagen sponge. The goal was to reduce pain, swelling, and improve bone healing in the nearby tooth.
