First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study will test whether a coordinated care model, including a care coordinator and a health mediator, can prevent sexual violence among 675 female asylum seekers in France. Participants will be randomly assigned to either this coordinated care or usual care. The main goal is to see if the coordinated model reduces the occurrence of sexual violence within 12 months.

Active substance
coordinated care model (care coordinator and health mediator)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could provide an effective way to prevent sexual violence and improve health outcomes for female asylum seekers.
