Summary
This study is testing if a combination of intensive oral hygiene and preventive antibiotics can stop pneumonia from developing in people who have just had a brain hemorrhage. It will involve 440 patients across multiple hospitals in China. The goal is to see if this approach is safe, effective, and cost-efficient for preventing this serious and common complication.
